Rocking Connect (AS328391) operates an open peering policy. We welcome settlement-free BGP peering with any network at exchange points where we have mutual presence.
There are no minimum traffic requirements.
We actively seek peering where it allows us to deliver better, more specific routes to our customers or reduce dependence on transit. If it benefits both sides, we want to do it.
We ask that peers:
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date PeeringDB record
- Keep a reachable NOC contact
- Announce only prefixes registered in your IRR or PeeringDB record
- Not point a default route toward us or use us as transit
